lets see, as i said for the chatbox, just adding it here.
Add some DUs or stunknuckles to fist your opponent and stun them while they're fisted xD

Next, a warrior soul would be good so you can buster them and occasionaly force them to shield, which then you can penetrate them with a rocketlaunch or drillarm.
I would suggest removing one or two rockets to make this more playable and maybe a drillarm3 or 2 and put in the ones suggested beforehand

Lastly, Cygnus noise would be great for this, cuz a auto +10 normal boost to the drillarms adds a bit more damage.
Or you can go crown to boost elec and have a bigger chance to get Penis Rocket out early.

Some innuendo. By bustering them, you'll force them to resist (shield), which allows you to penetrate (rocket/drillarm). xD
If they dont resist you're bustering and end up running around, bondage them so they stay still for you so you can then penetrate again.
